Piece by Piece, We Tile Our Story celebrates the collective hopes and reflections of seniors as Singapore marks 60 years of nation building. Each tile captures an individual’s personal expression, and range from symbols of prosperity and national icons like the Merlion and Vanda Miss Joaquim, to heartfelt wishes for unity, gratitude and continued progress. Together, the tiles form a mosaic that honours Singapore’s journey and the shared dreams of its people, reminding us that every individual plays a part in shaping the nation’s future.
